Voilà a delicious and nutritious blueberry smoothie for the perfect creamy concoction to transition through the change of seasons. It’s refreshing and light, yet creamy and rich at the same time. You can make this anytime of year with any fruits in season or frozen blueberries.* (*Just make sure to blend it and drink room temperature to aid digestion.)
